Crash closes Raleigh Beltline at Wade Avenue

Raleigh, N.C. — A car crash closed both eastbound lanes of Interstate 440 in Raleigh at Exit 4, Wade Avenue, for several hours Monday evening, authorities said.

At least two people were injured. Their conditions were not released.

The crash happened shortly before 5:30 p.m., and the road reopened around 9:30 p.m.
