Coupons.com Savings Club program is ending

The fee-based Coupons.com Savings Club program will be ending as of July 10, 2013.

Coupons.com sent out letters to Savings Club subscribers to let them know that the program has been cancelled and as of July 10, 2013, members will no longer be able to print out the special coupons available to them.

Effective immediately, they are stopping all billing so members will not be charged again for the program. If you are an annual subscriber, you will be refunded the unused portion of your subscription within a week.  if you are a subscriber, you should have received an e-mail with all the details.

They have decided to go back to offering all coupons for free, which I think is a good decision. I did not join this program when it was first introduced because the trial coupons they offered were not worth the $30 annual fee to me. I would guess that others felt the same way, which is why they may be shutting it down.
