Officials: Barricaded Cary woman in custody
A crisis intervention team on Saturday morning was on the scene where a couple barricaded themselves inside a residence after a man was shot.

Cary officials said a boyfriend and girlfriend were arguing on Saturday morning at 104 Lasky Court. The couple moved the argument outside where a gun was fired into the ground, though authorities did not say who fired the shot.
A spokesperson for the city said the father of the girl arrived on scene and began arguing with his daughter. At some point during the argument, the father was shot in the stomach and taken to WakeMed, but officials did not say who shot the man.
The woman was barricaded in the apartment but eventually came out on her own, officials said. Both the woman and the man were taken into custody.
The father's condition was unknown.
