Corrections officer faces child porn charges
Federal agents arrested a state corrections officer Tuesday on child pornography charges, authorities said.

TILLERY, N.C. — Federal agents arrested a state corrections officer Tuesday on child pornography charges, authorities said.
James Kelly Hubbard, 33, was indicted last week on 15 counts of receiving child pornography between February 2006 and last September and one count of possessing child pornography. Investigators found sexually explicit images and videos of young girls on a computer, according to the indictment.
Hubbard has been a correctional officer at Caledonia Correctional Institution in Halifax County since 2000.
