Cool temperatures continue Monday before mid-week warmup
Posted July 31
Raleigh, N.C. — Temperatures on Sunday were close to cool, even fall-like, and Monday will be the same way, according to WRAL meteorologist Elizabeth Gardner.
According to Gardner, Monday will be sunny and a bit warmer than Sunday, but low humidity will make the weather feel equally pleasant.
Highs will be in the mid 80s, remaining warm overnight as temperatures increase for Tuesday.
Tuesday and the days to follow will be warmer, but seasonally normal, with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. A chance of storms could pop up by the end of the week, but, overall, forecasts are indicating a beautiful week.
