We have a couple of consignment sales in the next week or so.
The Mom to Mom Consignment Sale is 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, at St. Luke United Methodist Church, Sanford. Local moms will be selling gently used clothing, toys, accessories and maternity clothes. Admission is $1, which gets you into a 50/50 raffle.
And The Monkey Exchange, which focuses on higher end, boutique children's clothing, is at The North Hills Club, 4824 Yadkin Dr., Raleigh. It's open to the public from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 15, and 9 a.m. to noon, Wednesday, Sept. 16. Free babysitting is available for shoppers from 9 a.m. to noon, Sept. 15. All clothing is 20 percent off on Sept. 16.
