Consignment sale in Johnston County this week
You can stock up on spring and summer wear, toys and other gear for kids at this week's children's consignment sale.

With the weather in the forecast, it's hard to wrap my head around ever needing shorts, T-shirts and bathing suits. But, mercifully, it will be 95 degrees before we know it.
The sale at the Clayton Corners Shopping Center, 11671 U.S. Highway 70 West, in Clayton, is open to the public this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Public shopping hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday; and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday.
The public can shop early starting at 8:30 a.m., Friday, by making a $3 cash donation at the door. On Sunday, some items will be half off.
