Rashid Pierre Riboul, 23, of 14174 Old Lake Road in Riegelwood, was in good condition at WakeMed Hospital Monday.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Rashid Pierre Riboul, 23, of 14174 Old Lake Road in Riegelwood, was in good condition at WakeMed Hospital Monday.

Riboul was hit by a car Friday as he crossed Western Boulevard near Avent Ferry Road.

The driver of the car, LaTonya Lynnette McKoy, 22, of Raleigh, was cited for driving without auto insurance. A police report said that McKoy had a green light and was going at the posted speed limit of 45 mph.
