Complaints allege discrimination against black Southwest Airlines employees in St. Louis

St. Louis, MO — The St. Louis Chapter of the NAACP says it has received complaints from Southwest Airlines employees in St. Louis.
The organization says it has received about 20 complaints from workers over the past two years.
Some complaints discuss unfair treatment of black employees, another complaint alleges pre-boarding rules are more strictly enforced for black passengers.
Southwest Airlines says it is conducting its own internal investigation.
