RALEIGH, N.C. — A Clayton man was jailed under a $50,000 bond Thursday after an inappropriate relationship with an 11-year-old girl.
Sean Patrick Moriarty, 18, of 257 Farrington Drive, faces one count of indecent liberties with a child.
According to an arrest warrant, the alleged offense occurred sometime in January or February.
His first court appearance was scheduled for Friday.
