Christmas event features princesses, Santa Claus

Fairytale Dreamers is planning a holiday event with Santa Claus and characters such as Rapunzel, Cinderella and Captain America.

Fairytale Dreamer, the local business that brings princesses and other characters to children's parties and gatherings, is planning a holiday event with Santa Claus and characters such as Rapunzel, Cinderella and Captain America.

Holiday Wishes with Fairytale Dreamer and Santa starts at 1 p.m., Nov. 23, at The Mill Room in Wake Forest. I featured Stephanie Dickerson, the mom behind the business, earlier this year.

Dickerson tells me that the event will feature a fireside story with Santa where kids will get their own "magical reindeer bell," along with crafts; face painting by Rapunzel, Cinderella and Super Guy; visits with Frosty and other characters; and an interactive story by Mrs. Claus.
