CARY, N.C. — Tickets for two anticipated food and wine events at Koka Booth Amphitheatre later this year are on sale now.
Let's start with a festival designed to bring the heat – Pepper's ChiliBrew Fest.

Planned April 6, this annual event will feature more than 75 craft beers and, of course, chili. There will also be specialty cheeses and hot sauces.

Listen to live rock, blues and bagpipe music, while attending seminars with hot sauce experts, brewmasters and southern cooking chefs.

Chili cooks from around the area faced off on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the 10th annual Bull City Chili Challenge at Durham Central Park.

And if you are a chili chef, you can participate in the Triangle's Chili Cook-off competition to win up to $800 in prizes.

Admission includes a souvenir sampling glass so you can try out unlimited adult beverages.

Tickets are on sale through Etix.com. You can get VIP tickets, which get you in two hours before everyone else. Or you can even opt for beer or chili tasting tickets only. Tickets start at $25.
This next event is a little less spicy. The Great Grapes Wine, Arts and Food Festival will feature 220 wines from 20 wineries! The casual wine festival is planned April 20.

In addition to wine, enjoy live music, crafts, food and gourmet cooking demonstrations.

Tickets are on sale now. They are $25 advance and $30 the day of show. VIP tickets are $35 in advance and $40 the day of show. A designated driver ticket is $20 and children 12 and under get in for free.
