The Nearly New Clothing Exchange, likely the longest running children's consignment sale in the region, is for sale.
Amanda Coyne and Joanne Calzaretta purchased the sale, held in north Raleigh, in 2009. The previous owners had started the sale in their garage 15 years before. I featured Coyne and Calzaretta here on Go Ask Mom back in 2010.

The two tell me that they need to move on because of their own full-time jobs and family commitments.

"We are just unable to put the time into the sale that it needs," Calzaretta wrote me in an email. "The sale does have a great following and definitely has potential to grow."

The two friends and business partners hope to line up some new owners in time for the spring/summer sale in February or March.

If you're interested, email the owners at nearlynewce@yahoo.com.
