Also make sure that Jave is enabled through Foxfire.

Have you checked to see if you have the most current version of Java? I know it was recently updated to 11. something.

I'm pretty sure quemaster means "Smartsource" not "smartshopper" coupons :). I have the same issues that she does. I'm trying to print using Explorer to see if that helps.

I use Firefox and have never had a problem printing the coupons. In fact I am able to back out the page and then they will reprint for me so that I get two copies of each coupon If there something that is particularly exciting.

This coupon is a good move for them considering what happened at the bumblebee tuna plant. Yikes!

Hey - there will be no hating on my coupons! LOL

Are you talking about the coupons.com coupons (which are the actual Smart Shopper coupons I post) or the Facebook coupons like the Chicken of the Sea coupon above?

The Smart Shopper coupons are all coupons.com coupons and don't require the java like the Smartsource.com coupons. I never have trouble printing Smart Shopper coupons.

BUT, like you, I cannot print Smartsource.com coupons when I am printing through Firefox. I have to switch to Explorer to print many of the Facebook coupons that print through Smartsource and require java. Have you tried switching browsers?

I HATE Smartshopper coupons. They NEVER print with my system and nothing seems to help. I'm computer savy but their reliance on java to print is beyond my understanding. No one uses this but them. UGH! Sorry, that is my rant for the day.
