Chapel Hill's Crunkleton among 'South's Best Bars'
The Crunkleton made Southern Living's list of the South's Best Bars.

The Crunkleton in Chapel Hill has "unforgettable drinks with recipes you'll never remember," according to Southern Living.
These killer cocktails helped earn the bar the honor as one of the magazine's best bars in the south.
Of course, folks in the Triangle already knew that! We named them to our Five Faves: Best Cocktails list.
If you haven't been, Gary Crunkleton and crew have been serving up some of the finest cocktails on Franklin Street for years. Their specialty is classic cocktails with modern twists in an authentic, timeless setting.
To celebrate the South's Best Bars list, Southern Living is hosting Happy Hour around the country on Feb. 1 with drink specials at their favorite bars.
On Feb. 1, barrel aged Vieux Carre will be $10 from 4 p.m. until closing at The Crunkleton and at Fox Liquor Bar in Raleigh (another one of our favorites), Cassis and Desis and the Red Headed Dutch cobbler cocktails will be $11 from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
