Investigators with the Chatham County Sheriff's Office arrested Roldolfo Gustavo Castaned-Paredes, 33, of 50 Winter Garden, on Thursday after a witness reported seeing him a day earlier allegedly having inappropriate sexual conduct with a child.

What is frightening is that anyone that might have a gruge or dislikes you could simply imply that you were seen having sexual contact with a child and no matter how innocent it was, you would be jailed.

A spurned lover would definitely would fall into that category and it certainly has been done in he past, the Duke Lacross boys comes to mind.
