Cary to showcase preschool programs at open houses this week

The town of Cary will host open houses this week to showcase its programs for preschoolers, ages 18 months to five years.

During the events, you can learn more about the programs. Instructors also will provide a small sampling of activities, including preschool learning, dance, gymnastics, fitness and more. The open houses are free. Registration is not required.

The events are 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Here's when they are scheduled:

  • Wednesday, Sept. 6, Middle Creek Community Center
  • Thursday, Sept. 7, Bond Park Community Center
  • Friday, Sept. 8, Herbert C. Young Community Center

According to Cary's website, fall program registration discounts are available to open house attendees for featured preschool programs. (Cary's programs are open to both town residents and kids who live outside of Cary).

Cary's website has more information, including a list of the program instructors who will be available during each of the open houses.
