A person was pulled from Harris Lake on Friday, and a search is underway for a second boater. A spokesperson told WRAL News two men who were out fishing crashed into a cement pole in the water and were thrown from the boat.

Francisco Vasquez Garcia faces numerous charges, including first-degree rape, for sex crimes involving children.

<b>CARY, N.C.</b> — Cary police have charged a man with several sex crimes, including two counts of first-degree rape involving a child.

Francisco Vasquez Garcia, 44, of 202 Hickory St., was arrested Tuesday night on the rape charges, as well as two counts of indecent liberties with a child and four counts of statutory rape.

Arrest warrants indicate there were two victims, both under the age of 16.

Garcia was being held in the Wake County jail Wednesday under more than $6 million bond.
