Cary man faces child porn charges

— A Cary man faces a half dozen charges in connection with accusations that he copied pornographic videos of children having sex.

Xiang Wu, 26, of 111 Longbridge Drive Cary, was arrested Tuesday on six felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Wu was jailed under a $25,000 secured bond.

    The difference is that these creeps are
    caught in Cary by the Cary Police Department. If you think these criminals don't live in surrounding towns, think again.

    Good point. WRAL should run a story on the cyber crimes unit in Cary. That might help clear things up for people.

    When I think about how many of these sickos are walking around in towns/cities without cyber crimes units (right around us!), it makes me shudder with disgust.

    Granted the CPD has a dept. that tracks these people down and gets them, BUT, It really doesn't paint a good picture for the people that don't know that with the constant headlines of people being arrested for sex crimes in Cary. If I didn't know I would keep my kids far away from the borders of Cary just from the news reports lately.
