— Police arrested a Cary man Friday who allegedly downloaded sexually explicit photos and videos of children as young as 8 years old.

David Andrew Polley, 31, faces five counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to arrest warrants.

Police found the pornography after tracking Polley's computer activity from November 2009 to December 2011.

He was placed in the Wake County jail under a $100,000 bond and is due in court Monday.

The feds and prosecuting bodies do not go after the sites that show child porn to shut them down. I see a conflict of interest and abetting entrapment.

Its all over So making A comment about Cary residents ,Dont help kids being raped. What helps is law makers, making tougher jail times for the people that comment crimes and not setting them free because we have no room for them. I say build bigger jails with my tax dollars instead of giving them to terroist countries .
