Rev RB say,"Those convicted of child sex charges should receive no less than 25 years in prison with no possibility of parole. PERIOD!!!"
25 years is not enough for those who steal the innocence of a child. The only cure for child sex predators/abusers is a .45 right between the running lights.

how much do you wanna beat that the girls were willing to do this, and then sobbered up and was like, man i can't believe we did that, and they told "thier side" of the story so that people wouldn't think they were lesbians

    According to MSNBC
John and Shannon Morreale are the stepfather and mother of the minor who reported the incidents

And a much better story from ABC "700 videotapes"? YUK!

These people do not represent Cary. Sad thing is when somebody does something wrong in Durham then that one person represents all of Durham. Every town or city has good people and bad people. Just that when it happens in Cary people get more upset when Cary is talked about. Cary people are not perfect either. This man and woman are just plain nasty. They should go to jail for a long time.

I hate it when I see anything about Cary on WRAL.com. I know that it will bring out the Cary haters so I usually don't read the comments. How some posters let this sad story degenerate to attacks on Cary is beyond me.

Who cares where these people are from? All that matters is what happened.

You never really know what a town is like until you live there and only then do you have the right to be judgemental. And if you don't like it, then move.

Until we stiffen up these laws, children are at risk and some will die.

These girls are lucky they're still alive.

    Praying for them.

    God bless.

mmania : Someone needs to take the high road here so I will do so. Trying to explain fairness to some folks is a hopeless waste of time. I do not agree with your broad assumptions of Cary residents but they are your assumptions and you are entitled to them however unfair or inaccurate I think they are. Have a lovely life....wherever you choose to live it. Peace out.

Please... I'm begging WRAL not to be "The Slammer". That comment about pictures being public kind of proves my point... it isn't really responsible journalism to do things like that whether it is legal or not. Ethics supercede legal minimums.

Another example is the young girl whose picture was up for days for selling pills to her highschool buddies (allegedly). If that was my family member or me... I'd hate to have my image circulated while I was getting my due process.

You can keep your picture out of the media if you have the means, also. At least until you are convicted.

Places like "The Slammer" and sadly WRAL are taking advantage of those who don't know how or can't afford to keep their mugs private until they are convicted.

Please heed your own advise and don't make personal attacks. I believe my comment was a "in general" comment and not directed AT YOU.

You said: " Never, ever have I nor anyone I know that lives in Cary or has ever lived in Cary called it a perfect place or considered ourselves special ".

How can you say that with a straight face. You don't know everyone in Cary nor do you know everything that has been posted on here by anyone from Cary. Lighten up, as long as you don't appear in a mug shot you have nothing to worry about.
