Carthage Man Charged With Theft of Copper

A Carthage man faces breaking and entering charges for an alleged theft of copper pipes and wire, the Moore County Sheriff's Office reported.

CARTHAGE, N.C. — A Carthage man faces breaking and entering charges for an alleged theft of copper pipes and wire, the Moore County Sheriff's Office reported.

Benjamin Anthony Lynthacum, 21, of 3685 Union Church Road, was arrested March 10 and charged with breaking and entering, felony larceny and possession of stolen goods.

He was due in court Monday.
