Two cars overturned on Interstate 85 South in Vance County early Saturday in what authorities described as an alcohol-related wreck.

<b>HENDERSON, N.C.</b> — Two cars overturned on Interstate 85 South in Vance County early Saturday in what authorities described as an alcohol-related wreck.

The wreck took place near Exit 214 onto West Andrews Avenue in Henderson. Two people were transported to Maria Parham Medical Center.

The interstate was closed temporarily while crews cleared the scene.

Authorities said that charges are pending.
