Thanks to all of you for the Carlie C's meat feedback. It's very helpful!

Quemaster - I could sure benefit from a spell/typo checker!

Carlie C' s has excellent meats. Other stores in my area can't even come close to their quality.

BTW...I was skeptical until I did it. I needed a decent order of meat for a cookout and had heard about it so I went, asked and gave it a try. I will go back. Sorry for misspellings/typos. Faye, how about a spell checker?? :)

Here's the link: http://carliecs.com/meat_bundles.htm . Just got to the meat dept and ask about the meat bundles. They are glad to help and answer questions. I got the biggest one and they took the meat right out of the case out front. They select enough packages to add up to the amount you are supposed to have. Sometimes a little under (ounces) on some and sometimes a little over. It depends on the weight of the packages available. I got a little bit less on the chicken but more on the T-bones. Great service. They put it in the box and tape it and you head to the register. There are several bundles from a few pounds to 44 pounds. The big one works for me since we have 4 kids and we all cook together at least once a weekend.

OK, last posting on the meat bundle. We had the ribs this weekend. Excellent. Exceptionally meaty! I'm very pleased with the bundle!
