— A car smashed into a Raleigh home overnight Wednesday, police said.

There's no word on what caused the single-vehicle crash in the 1100 block of Falls of Neuse Road.

The car was badly damaged, and part of the house was reduced to a pile of bricks.

DRIVER SHOULD PAY FOR ALL EXPENSES AND DAMAGES. THAT WOULD BE THE RIGHT THING TO DO. HE SHOULD BE CHARGES ALSO.

Interesting picture. How is it that the back part of the car was destroyed and with what you can see of the car's inside no front damage can be seen? Note no bricks on the car although a brick wall was destroyed. How did it get into that position?

Just never know when a house is going to jump out in front of ya while you're driving!

Unfortunately, insurance will get them another car and a good lawyer will get them the chance to drive again.

is this one of those times that you get in the car and watch the house pull up? maybe he should have turned off the autopilot!

You know a car ain't like a horse where you can just turn it lose and take a nap while it finds it's way back home.
