"Not surprised with the caliber of drivers here in wake county"- I have to agree since most of the people here now are from somewhere else!! LOL

I am not saying that the cell was absolutely not the cause, but, when did the constitution give all you fruitcakes to become Judge, and jury? dwr1964.......Fruitcakes? Who are you, the defense lawyer? There are a limited number of reasons this could happen. The bottom line is that the driver was not paying attention. Or just stupid. Good luck with your defense strategy. At least all us "fruitcakes" are not defending a fool.

Thankfully, no children were hurt. As to why this happened, there is NOT ONE SINGLE BIT OF PROOF, that a cell phone was to blame. I am not saying that the cell was absolutely not the cause, but, when did the constitution give all you fruitcakes to become Judge, and jury?

i bet it tore the car up...

So glad no one was injured. But gee what is the problem in not seeing a big yellow school bus? Was the person on their cell phone? Which is not unusual. The person that hit the bus should be charged.
