Car hit by train in Aberdeen

A man was unhurt after his car was hit by a train in Aberdeen on Tuesday night.

Aberdeen police said the incident happened about 7 p.m. on South Street. The man was the lone occupant of the vehicle.

Police did not release details of the crash but said the car sustained about $5,000 in damage. The damage to the train was about $150.
