Car crashes into Chapel Hill hair salon

— A car collided with the Great Clips hair salon in the Chapel Hill North Shopping Center Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The business, located at 1814 Martin Luther King Jr. Road, suffered structural damage to the front door and window.

People from Great Clips and two other businesses at the shopping center were displaced from the wreck.

Police said one person was in the vehicle at the time of the crash. There were no injuries.

    Hey, I always get my hair cut at Great Clips (at that very store!) and never have to wait more than a few minutes, and always get a good cut. Hope they won't be closed long!

    Yeah, I've had that haircut from "great" clips. Nothing quite like waiting 45-60 minutes for a lousy haircut from an understaffed franchise. Good times.
