Teens ages 13 to 17 can ride Raleigh's buses as much as they want this summer for $50.

The Summer Youth Pass Program is effective from June 1 to Sept. 1. You can pick up the pass at the Moore Square Station and the Capital Area Transit Operations Facility on Poole Road. The pass allows for unlimited rides for $50.

In addition to unlimited rides, Summer Youth Pass holders also get $1 off IMAX at Marbles movie tickets and $1 off small, cold McCafe drinks at select locations.

To get the pass, teens must present a current school issued ID and proof of age. If they don't have a school issued ID, teens can bring proof of age to the fourth floor of the Raleigh Municipal Building, 222 W. Hargett St. in downtown Raleigh, to get a temporary summer photo ID.

Teens will need to show both the youth pass and ID when they board the bus each time. The last day to purchase the youth pass is Aug. 1.
