Can HB2 be credited with driving Hurricane Matthew away from N.C.?

While many weather forecasters remain baffled by the sudden shift of Hurricane Matthew eastward and away from North Carolina, the real reason is rumored to be in the fine print of a recently discovered weather statement that no one acknowledges seeing, but a few say does really exist.

“Even hurricanes have a sense of justice. Like Bruce Springsteen, the NCAA, ACC and others, Hurricane Matthew will not visit North Carolina until HB2 is repealed.”
