Raleigh, N.C. — Jolie The Day Spa located in Cameron Village is set to close Jan. 29, sources told Five on Your Side's Monica Laliberte Monday. 

A manager at the Raleigh salon acknowledged that business has been down and that it is a large location and difficult to keep up. Employees reportedly found out last week about the closure. 

What about gift cards for Jolie? 

Monica said one employee told her that "There's tons of money out there." 

A manager said the salon will accommodate as many appointments as possible before it closes and gift cards can also be used for products at the salon. 

Jolie is part of the Halcyon Days Salons and Spas group, which has other locations where the cards can be redeemed. The closest one, however, is in Charlotte. 

Halcyon's parent company is Premier Salons, which has corporate headquarters in Minnesota and Ontario.

Calls to Premier have not been returned. 

Premier Salons also owns Trade Secret, a salon and beauty product retailer that has a location in Triangle Town Center. There is no word if gift cards can be used there.
