— A television camera will be allowed in the courtroom next month when Raleigh's Jason Young stands trial for the murder of his wife, Wake County Superior Court Judge Donald W. Stephens ruled Wednesday.

WRAL.com is planning to stream video of the trial proceedings. Jury selection is scheduled to begin Tuesday with arguments in the case starting the following week.

Jason Young was arrested in December 2009 in the slaying of Michelle Young, 29, who was five months' pregnant when she was beaten inside the couple's Wake County home on Nov. 3, 2006. He has said he was out of town on business at the time of her death.

The trial is expected to last approximately one month. Prosecutors have indicated that they will not seek the death penalty.

I am going to watch this trial. Casey takes backseat. Vids of hers is available to watch after this one is in recess for the day if we want to see what was said by witnesses.

I've been watching Casey Anthony too...going to be hard keeping up with 2 at once. I also thought the camera issue had already been settled for Jason Young?

Well WRAL should be EXCITED then....here we go again with all the GOLO would be attorney's, those who just LOVE Jason Young, etc., etc. I actually find it amusing to read peoples posts - some people are so ignorant, it makes me laugh...
