CORNELIUS, N.C. — A new on-line community, started by Customer Connect Associates, aims to identify customer relationship management (CRM) trends. The new LinkedIN group is open to businesses and individuals who wish to share CRM tips and best practices.
“We are utilizing the networking tools at LinkedIN to afford users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com in particular a place to share information and best practices,” says Customer Connect President Geoff Ables. “Given the growing consensus that CRM best practices are essential to good marketing and good business, we are very excited about our ability to provide an on-line community like this.”
Clients such as Travelocity, SAS, and BB&T use the unique LUCK™ process of Customer Connect Associates to get customers faster and keep them longer. The company is a Microsoft Gold Certified partner and a member of the 2007 Program Advisory Committee for the National Center For Database Marketing Conference.
