ATLANTA — Jeff Boyce, a former executive at Avaya, is joining ClickFox as vice president for business development and sales in the telecommunications and media sectors.
ClickFox provides clients with customer experience analytics based on interaction, behavior and experience information across users’ experiences with an entire enterprise.
Boyce has worked in the telecommunications sectors for more than 20 years, with previous stops at AT&T and Executone. At Avaya he served as senior vice president of sales for global media and entertainment.
ClickFox, which is venture backed, was launched in 2000 by Dr. Tal Cohen, a data modeling expert and faculty member at the Georgia Institute of technology, and Nissim Harel, who holds two masters degrees (computer science and electrical engineering) from Georgia Tech.
