ATLANTA — Wave7 Optics, a developer of fiber-to-the-curb technology, is being sold.
Wave7, which raised some $95 million in venture funding over the past eight years, is being acquired by Enablence Technnologies in a stock deal worth $10.5 million.
Enablence expects the deal to close before May 15.
