RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — Lenovo continues its onslaught of new-product releases, especially innovative laptops ranging from tablets to thin, feature-packed to inexpensive.

The laptops are part of Lenovo’s worldwide drive to increase market share at the same time rumors continue to circulate that the company may soon acquire one of its competitors.
