Cary, N.C. — Tom Reddin, who retired earlier this year as chief executive officer at LendingTree, has joined the board of directors at R.H. Donnelley.
The yellow pages and online advertising publisher said Reddin would serve on its corporate governance and compensation and benefits committees. His term is through the company’s shareholders meeting in 2008.
Before joining LedingTree, which later became part of IAC/InterActiveCorp., Redding was vice president of consumer marketing at Coca-Cola.
