Research Triangle Park, N.C. — BioResource International, a developer of enzyme technology to improve animal feed, has signed a global distribution deal with Novus International.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Novus, which is based in St. Louis, develops animal health and nutrition technology and programs. The firm operates in 80 countries.
“Novus brings strong customer relationships, technical expertise in all areas of animal production, and a wide ranging global reach that complement BRI’s strengths in the area of biotechnology development and innovation,” said BRI President Giles Shih.
