Morrisville, N.C. — Northwest Airlines will move from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 at Raleigh-Durham International Airport Tuesday.
The move comes as Northwest merges with Delta Air Lines. The combined airline will operate flights from Gates C7, C9, C10, C11, C12 and C15 in Terminal 2.
The gate shuffle at RDU will continue in April, when Continental Airlines moves to Gates A17, A18 and A19, previously used by Delta.
After Continental's move is complete, the airport will close the south concourse of Terminal 1.
