<b>MONCURE, N.C.</b> — Uniboard USA LLC said Thursday that it plans to sell its wood products plans in Moncure to a Chilean firm.

Terms of the sale to Paneles Arauco  S.A. weren't disclosed. The deal is expected to close sometime in the first quarter of 2012.

The Moncure plants produce particleboard and fiberboard for the Southeast U.S. market, officials said.
