CustomGuide.com has a ton of free "cheat sheets" available at http://www.customguide.com/quick_references.htm .
These "cheat sheets" are PDF files designed to fit on the front and back of one page. They're eye-catchingly designed to cover all the basic functions of a software application. Applications covered? Generally speaking, programs from Microsoft, Mac, and Adobe (the guides cover several different release versions, especially for Microsoft Office programs). There are also cheat sheets for Firefox and QuickBooks.
Now, if these cheat sheets could just come out of my printer laminated, I'd be all set...
