Hey, music heads! Minneapolis Public Radio is offering a free song of the day from independent artists. No such thing as too much music! http://minnesota.publicradio.org/radio/services/the_current/ .
Can't have too many casual games, either. Check out BowMaster Prelude at http://www.lostvectors.com/prelude/index.html . It's a free Flash game. You're an archer with a magic bow defending your castle. As you defeat your enemies, you'll have the opportunity to get special arrows for your bow. Make sure you've got plenty of free time before you start playing!
Here's a very nice map of public parks in North Carolina. Click on a location and you'll get a link to the park's Web site as well as current weather conditions and a forecast. Very nice!
Have you heard about Apple's new iPhone? Kottke.org has a roundup of news, reactions, and commentary on the new phone.
Remember that hollow Canadian coin that's been in the news? Apparently the CIA has used a hollowed-out silver dollar for their own intelligence operations. The page for the coin's at the CIA museum. You can check out several other exhibits from the museum's home page.
