Usually programs like this are part of a replacement program -- you buy a new computer, and Dell takes your old one and recycles it. This one is not, and it's open to any users of Dell-branded computers and peripherals. Go online, enter a product identification number, and you'll be able to print a pre-paid shipping label and get an opportunity to schedule home pickup to ship the used computer.
