Homebuilders think positive for 2012

Could home builders be telling us something?

For the third month in a row, we’re seeing an uptick in homebuilder sentiment. As was released Monday, it seems as though builders are starting to feel good again and to support that good feeling.

Housing starts came in much higher than expected, up 9.3 percent for November. We’re even beginning to see large national builders begin purchasing completed development infrastructure around the nation in hopes for a quick out of the ground rebound in 2012.
