Holiday not necessarily a bad time to sell

April Stephens, a realtor for RE/MAX Southland Realty II, says the housing market in Johnston County continues to move, despite the holiday season.

Although home buyers and sellers may be few during the winter months, they are serious and understand the market, Stephens said.
