Burlington police seek convenience store robber
A clerk told police that a black man with a bald head, beard and tattoos on his face entered the store at 2602 Mebane Street just before 5:30 a.m. and demanded money.

A clerk told police that a black man with a bald head, beard and tattoos on his face entered the store at 2602 Mebane Street just before 5:30 a.m. and demanded money.
The suspect is said to have been wearing a gray, short-sleeved T-shirt, light blue or gray cargo shorts and black-and-white sneakers. He was driving a mid-size, four-door silver car with a rear spoiler.
Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Burlington Police at 336-229-3500.
