Bud-Stuy apartment sells for $1M

Posted July 5, 2013

A Manhattan couple just bought an apartment in Brooklyn's Bed-Stuy neighborhood for a cool one million dollars. That's a first for Bed-Stuy, where you used to be able to buy a whole brownstone for $1M, according to the New York Post. The duplex is in a four-story luxury building that NYC remodelers transformed into luxury housing.
