A Brunswick County school bus driver was fired on Tuesday after allegedly driving around a barricade and through a flooded road.

A bystander filmed the bus driving through standing water, according toNBC affiliate WECT. Brunswick County Schools officials said the driver, Marsha McMillian, was fired.
"The driver's actions are inexcusable," officials told the station. "Officials concluded the driver did not follow standard protocol when she ignored the road closure barricades and as a result is facing disciplinary action.”
All of the students on board arrived safely at school.
