Then you haven't been around long or much. It isn't near as common as with alcohol, but I've seen some friends that went wild after getting high. bartmeister

Perhaps it was the company they were keeping.

Been around in the sixties when just about everyone was smoking, many are politicians, doctors, lawyers and whatever, people that are educated many probably enjoy a joint from time to time, only time I have ever heard of anyone getting killed is in the news over an illegal drug deal going bad,it's the 21st century and we have 19th century laws,we changed everything else from immigration to civil rights, but not the legalization of the terrible weed, almost funny.

The cartels love pot being against the law,I'm sure they have lobbyist in Washington on their payrolls, this is big business for them,if legalized they would be out of business in this trade.

I've seen a lot of angry drunks, but I've never seen someone stoned be angry, paranoid perhaps, but not angry or violent. monca

They knew right from wrong. They have shamed their parents and friends. chammclainlovesdogs

Legalize weed! I think half of the uptight folks on this forum could use a little "critical", "ak-47" "chocolope" "Big Budda Cheese" or any of the myriad other delightful strains of pot out there available for us to partake in. I've seen a lot of angry drunks, but I've never seen someone stoned be angry, paranoid perhaps, but not angry or violent.

Why does this keep making the news? More significant drug arrests are made daily and are never mentioned. This was a low level drug bust.

I'm assuming they will get 2-3 years supervised probation, possible drug classes, and community service.

Maybe they can get a sweetheart deal on their drug charge like Sheriff Donnie Harrison's daughter did.
