Eduardo1, where were you when thousands of US troops were being killed in Iraq because of lies from the Bush administation? The Afgan war is only going on now because the Bush administation took their eyes off the goal and went into Iraq chasing WMDS that didn't exist....

Never have I ever seen the level of blind ignorance as I see out of some of you people on GOLO....

A political party isn't like your favorite sports team that you can have blind loyalty to...this is the fate of a nation, a nation that this soldier died for, and perhaps if the DECIDER Bush hadn't mishandled everything he touched when it came to the Afgan War and never got us involed in Iraq, perhaps his sacrafice could have been avoided....

    Grow up!

But it's to important to displace blame on this administration the sins of the previous......

I am with you solid Worland...No Obama did not start the war in this wasteland rock pile, but he has been in a position to end it.
How come you Obama backers take issue about these heroes, who have died in our comments. We have nothing but total respect for them. It is their commander in-chief, who we hold in disdain. So far in his "short" 20 months in office, 719 young heroes have been murdered, countless numbers have been wounded.
You liberals were all over GWB for Iraq, but never say a negative woerd about: Afghanistan, unemployment, home & auto repros, etc. All you keep saying it is the fault of GWB. Do you remember the words of HST "the buck stops here"

Hopefully we INDEPENDENTS, will keep the Obama battle cry, alive CHANGE on Nov 2nd

Worland, who are you to disgrace this soldier's sacrafice and memory with your ignorance? Please go get the help you need you poor ignorant man.

May God be with the fallen soldier's family. It is a tragedy everytime the blood of those that have elected to serve and protect this country is shed and should be observed as such.

    >>Sadly, another one of our young men die in Obama's illegal war.

Now that's just absurd. I don't even know what to say to combat this stupidity.

Sa”dly, another one of our young men die in Obama's illegal war. 719 US soldiers dead since Obama took office. 90 more than died in the first 8 years of the war combined.
Obama decided to lose the war years ago. It's just a matter of how many of our troops will die in the mean time.” -Worland

I am a tad confused; Did Obama start the war? (How many troops died BEFORE Obama took office vs AFTER) I do not see how trying to stop the war is a bad thing. Did he start the ice age as well?!? Let me guess 9/11 is also his fault…..

My heart is heavy for the loss of another hero. I pray for the family and friends of this young man. May God give them peace and comfort in these difficult times. Bring our heroes home.

Not again :( A young life, gone. Wish they'd all come home.

Worland - "Sadly, another one of our young men die in Obama's illegal war."

    Awww, get off it.

Obama had nothing to do with it.

And this is not a blog about your choice of politics.

It's a blog about the death of a valiant young VOLUNTARY soldier whose family may be reading our comments.

So show some respect and take your private political agendas elsewhere.

    God bless.
